Crescent Housing 2026 Tenant Survey

The overall picture is one of strong baseline satisfaction. Tenants are overwhelmingly positive about their physical home, their location next to Crescent Park and the ocean, and the day-to-day work of the maintenance and front-line staff. A smaller group raises concerns about management style, the loss of the community garden, parking availability, and Brella partnership.
