Crescent Housing exists to provide older adults with a place to live where they can lead full engaged lives at a reasonable cost.
1. Older adults who live at Crescent Housing are proud of where they live.
1.1 They feel respected and valued.
1.2 They experience an age-friendly community.
1.3 They live in an environmentally responsible setting.
2. Older adults who live at Crescent Housing feel included and safe.
2.1 They live in a place that supports healthy living.
2.2 They have access to community services that respond to their changing needs.
2.3 They live in buildings that are accessible and have welcoming common areas.
3. Older adults who live at Crescent Housing are able to lead full engaged lives and thrive in the community to the extent that they desire.
3.1 They are supported to adopt new technologies used at Crescent Housing.
3.2 They can make personal choices which do not jeopardize the health, safety and security of their housing community.
4. Older adults who live at Crescent Housing have diverse incomes.
4.1 They have access to affordable housing.
