Crescent Housing Affordability

Rent classifications may be different depending on the funding framework used as benchmark. This one is based on the Community Housing Fund for new builds administered by BC Housing. The Crescent Housing data is based on the November 1, 2025, rent roll.

Note that Crescent Housing is no longer subsidized by BC Housing, resulting in lesser income opportunity.  While data can be interpretated in many ways, these statistics are still a good indication that Crescent Housing remains true to its mission to provide affordable housing to older adults.
