We hear you and care. We want to make Crescent Housing a place that you are proud to call home.
Communicating with you…
We will now have the following methods to communicate general information and events:
We created an Intranet page entitled “Living”.
We will use more email to communicate with you. If you wish to receive emails, please share your address with the office.
For those of you who prefer it, you can grab a paper copy from the foyers in both buildings. They will be laid out as you enter.
Documents containing confidential matters will be delivered directly to you.
Opportunities to create an email account and learn how to use it…
For those of you who don’t have an email account, but would like one, our Tech Buddies will be on site to help you create one and show you how to use it.
Tech Buddies can also help you with saving the Intranet page on your desktop or bookmarks bar.
We will tell you when they are on site. No appointments necessary.
To receive communication via email, please share your email address with the office.
Access to a computer…
You have access to the community computer in the newly created Community Room in building one.
Repealed policy…
The no drinking alcohol policy in common areas has been repealed. Enjoy responsibly.
Events…
We will be asking for members to participate in the newly created Sociable Club to ensure that you are engaged in what is happening in the Crescent Housing community. If you are interested, please email impact@brellasociety.ca.
This will not prevent you from arranging your own quaint gatherings in common areas.
Your voice matters…
You have the opportunity to schedule one-on-one meetings with either one person in our leadership team (Aura, Louise, or Louise) where you can freely share your concerns and find some common ground. To book a meeting, email impact@brellasociety.ca.
Participation in the Sociable Club is also a good way to have your voice heard.
We will conduct an annual survey every January and share the results with you. Your responses will guide our community engagement strategy.
