At Health Link Outreach, our mission is to provide reliable, compassionate in-home nursing care—365 days a year—so you and your loved ones have true peace of mind. Our dedicated team includes skilled LPNs, dedicated pharmacists, and experienced care aides who work together to deliver seamless, personalized care.

How much does this service cost?

Unique. Our in-home nurse visits are completely FREE.

Thanks to our partnership with PharmaCity, there is no charge for the nurse’s visit—no matter how many medications you take. You only pay for your prescriptions.BCPharmaCare or your private insurance plan covers most prescription costs. If you don’t have coverage, we’ll work with you to find an affordable solution. Anyone who needs medication support can enroll!
